Gbagada

Formed under Kosofe Local Government, Gbagada is a district and suburb in Lagos State located on the mainland. It well-positioned and accessible from the Island ( via the third mainland bridge) and the mainland (Via Gbagada-Oworonshoki expressway) and sits comfortably at the center of Lagos with proximity to surrounding areas of Ikeja, GRA, Ilupeju, Maryland, Ajao Estate, Ogudu and Muritala Muhammed International Airport. As with most areas of Lagos State, embedded in the Gbagada axis are upscale areas of Medina estate, Millennium estate, Atunrase estate, Gbagada Phase 1 and Phase 2. These areas are typically dominated by middle-class Nigerians while the Ifako, Soluyi, Bariga, Tipper, New Garage axis are downscale areas dominated by Middle-Low to Low income earners.
